Venue Search

Choosing the perfect venue for your wedding is one of the most decisions you’ll have to make. Whether you are looking for a luxury hotel, a secluded cliff-top hideaway or a romantic private beach, we have an extensive insider knowledge, which means that we can offer you the most exclusive venues. Our aim is to find the most exquisite locations as potential venues for our couples. We will create a short list of venues and arrange and attend all site visits with you.

Wedding Suppliers

We recommend and only work with the finest suppliers in the wedding industry, including superb caterers, inspired photographers and the most creative florists and stationers. Our extensive list of associates means that we will find the perfect suppliers to suit your tastes and requirements. We will also arrange and attend all supplier consultations as agreed by you, as well as arrange menu tastings, delivery of samples, arrange hair & make up trials and, source any of those finishing touch items you may require.

Administration

We will manage all administrations you, read through all supplier contracts, put in place effective payment schedules. We will assist you in arranging all the documentations for the religious and civil certificates, including getting a civil minister to attend the wedding venue.

The Wedding Day

The Wangi Bali team will be in full attendance on the day, working to a fully comprehensive timetable to ensure your day runs smoothly. We will deal with all the logistics arrangements and suppliers, making sure that everything happens when it should.
